Updates
With our service package we schedule periodic visits when major updates are made available for your system so you will always have the latest software running, making your smart home experience an enjoyable one. While software is just half of the experience we will also inspect that all hardware is working properly and that nothing is overheating or improperly installed.
Service calls
So lets say you’re experiencing equipment failure, what do you do? Well…. you call us, your smart home integrator. With our Service Package service calls are on the house. We’ll drive over and attempt to fix the equipment at no extra cost to you. It’s that simple, No tricks! If an equipment is beyond repair then we’ll replace it, all our devices are backed up by warranty so as long as you’re still under warranty you’ll never have to pay a cent for a replacement and if you are out of warranty then you pay for the new equipment but we’ll take care of the labor and everything else. We’ll handle everything from the removal to the shipping even the installation when the new device arrives.
Package Price
So how much is the service package you may ask? Our optional service package is available to any of our customers for a low $25/mo. Our customers can opt in at any time after or even before their system is installed and running.
For $25/mo you can live at ease knowing that we will take care of your system with priority and in the event of equipment failure we’ll be there to fix the problem or replace it with a brand new device at no extra cost, we’ll take care of the entire process for you so you can sit back and relax, we got your back!
